Goldstein & Co. Law Firm was founded in 1984 by attorney and notary Rami Goldstein, who brings with him a wealth of many years of experience in providing legal and litigation services to both corporations and private clients (Initially the Firm worked together with Ori Shtendel Law Firm, with which the Firm still maintain mutual cooperation). The Firm, based in Jerusalem, deals mainly with civil and commercial law, real estate law, corporate law, execution, inheritance and bequests. The Firm includes two main departments: A Civil-Commercial department (execution) and a Real Estate Department.

The firm counsels and represents large commercial and public entities in the fields of civil law, including: Bank Hapoalim Ltd., a commercial bank in the United States and hotels (including King Solomon hotels). The legal representation for Bank Hapoalim Ltd. is provided since 1989, with great accumulated experience in banking law in general in the minorities sectors in particular. In addition, the firm represents private clients, various companies and associations, including foreign corporations, in international transactions. In the past the firm represented several insurance companies: Migdal Insurance Company, Sahar insurance company and Ararat insurance company.

Attorney and Notary Rami Goldstein, who heads the Firm, has over 35 years of experience as a lawyer. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and holds a doctorate (PhD) in Political Science from Bar Ilan University. In the past attorney Goldstein, inter alia, as a legal counsel in the Associations Registrar Unit/Corporations Authority. Because of his mastery of Arabic, he dealt with issues relating to minorities in Israel.

In addition to attorney Goldstein the firm's legal team includes prominent lawyers in the field of litigation holding vast legal experience, including: Attorney Ariel Brody, engaging in commercial law; Attorney Ari Behiri, engaging in civil law, with an emphasis on family and inheritance laws, and is a certified mediator. Attorney and Notary Ori Stendel engaging in administrative-civil law and Attorney David Joshua engaging in the field of tax law in general and in real estate taxation in particular.
